the surgery items dont appear in the debug menu? i tried looking for them but couldnt find them

im using anomaly, for me this mod conflicts with desolation, gbhs and crooks identifcation

anomaly is a mod for c.o.p, if this was in the addons section, theres a probability it would go unnoticed due to the large amount of addons anomaly has
