Yes, it's Paris and Orleans. Unfortunately there is no separating province inbetween them in CK2 vanilla map.

Fixed a bug where on highest tier retinue types:
1. Light Infantry and Pikemen: no Pikemen were present
2. Heavy and Light Cavalry: no Heavy Cavalry was present

Updated on 23-09-2019 due to:
*bug fixed where a province id 536 (Halych) would show a trade post availability but by mistake it was buildable in a province id 586 (Galich). It's is now fully available in a designated province - Halych.
