Nevermind, my mistake. It's a good addon ;)

On Weather options->Other, I only found :

- Load default colour balance and brightness settings
- Restore default weather, event and moon settings

I never test with IWD but I think it should compatible. You could try this addon with Universal Stalker Higher Damage mod, it's similar with IWD. I've tested it.

AO is a different addon, so you cannot use STCoP with it.

I love this weapon pack addon, it has a huge weapon collection and variations. But are there any documentation or online forum thread which could provide information about weapon list?
