I wondering, will this work with mod that made based on GoldSrc? If it not then, is there a plan for it?

For anyone who want to play this mod with recent Xash3D FWGS build and faced with Error "Host_Error: CL_ParseUserMessage: illegible server message 95", simply delete the cl_dlls folder in the mod folder or replaced the client.dll in cl_dlls folder with same one from original half life game's client.dll, you may use client.dll of half-life steam version, it's also work.
