I often (only semi-jokingly) expect the worst, so that anything else is, indeed, the pleasant surprise.
It takes a certain awareness of oneself not to get too down about the many failures, and also a sense of humor to look back and laugh about what now seems like so many futile efforts.

I don't think awards should be used as a motivational tool. Mod teams need to find their own internal drive, otherwise they'll just mod for the awards and nothing else.
So, whenever you guys see something cool sounds about right.
I will withhold final judgment until the day of reckoning. And I hope the theme selector remains -- the V2 ultra-white theme didn't sit well with me, so I'm back on the nice an' dark V1.
Hmm...V1 was pretty sweet. V2 was an upgrade. So I have to deduce that V3 will also be sweet. So...BRING IT! :D
