Simple! Just delete the three files the program generated. Run the program again, enter the desired number of keys you want, and voila: you have the keys you want without any editing of the .txt / .csv file.

As long as you have not uploaded the .csv file to Desura with the keys, it's simple to re-run the program and generate a new series of keys. And ofcourse: Make backup of the keyfiles you've created and uploaded to desura, and all will be fine.

Each level starts with the exact same party because you need to find and rescue your soldiers in cages spread over the current level. The reward is for completing a level and move on to the next in the same run. All levels can be completed without the reward, but it is a bit tougher.

The first levels are easier so you get to know the game a little bit better before it gets harder.

It's all about switching your army units and keeping them alive, picking up the potions with the unit that has lowest health and using the mass heal when most needed.
Tip: Army units with shields take less damage from arrows than those without. ;)

We chose to go with less animation frames so that we could put in more content into the game. The target platform is Android, so in order to cram in as much as possible, we decided to go with less frames. The game runs on most Android phones with Android 1.6 or higher.

No. It's a completely different game, with a new unique concept which we haven't seen before.

Forceline requires a couple of libraries to run.

First install them by opening a terminal and run:
sudo apt-get install libsdl1.2-debian libsdl1.2-mixer libsdl1.2-image

If you can't get the 64bit version to run, install the 32bit libraries for Ubuntu 12.04:
sudo apt-get install ia32-libs

Then install the 32bit version of Forceline, and play.

Glad you liked it. A lot of work went in to the design.

There might be a Forceline 2 with a sci-fi theme. You never know? It could be kinda cool actually.

Actually there is only 52 colours used in the entire game.
Yes, we wanted a retro look but not "to" retro and the resolution is alot higher than a 1980:game for obvious reasons.
What we sought was a design we liked and hopefully was inspiring to a lot of gamers.

We're looking for the right balance. In a few weeks we're releasing the next beta version, where we've balanced things more, fixed a lot of bugs and made sure the game is not impossible to beat. The first levels are a little bit easier, but then we've tighten things up to give a good challenge.

Please give some C&C on the next beta version and tell us if the game is to easy, to hard or "just right".

Yea, it's quite hard at the moment. We're working on balancing the game now, to make sure it's not impossible to beat.

We're going to add Fullscreen mode soon, so no worries :)

We are planning to relase the android version through google play, therefore we haven't released it here on Desura.
