Every time i open this game up and when i pick a country it crashes, can you fix it?

The mod is very good but when I look at my country Slovenia, something is wrong, very wrong...

When i get in the game and start with USSR Then It crahses unexpected i tried again to launch and it happens again i have only this mod on all other mods are off and i tried wtih different countries and it happens again please fix the crash or the bug
