even this is great work, since the ship didn't just disappear after death.. great job, thanks for letting me know
i have a quick question... have there been any mods to the death animations? cause the original game barely included any debris and it always looked like the majority of ships vanished after death
This Mod Looks incredibly fantastically awesomely great, there are only a few small things that need a small bit of work to make this game perfect, examples:
The Atlas needs to have the skull head incorporated, the problem was that the player needed a better view and so the head turned into a dull, weak looking cockpit. My idea for a solution is that the head be allowed to rotate like a turret, giving the player the view he needs
The Madcat Mk II looks much too light for its beastly 90 tons, its torso needs to be bulked up a few notches
The Catapult would be exponentially cooler with larger missile racks
It is NECESSARY that these heavy machines LEAVE FOOTPRINTS
this may not be necessary, but the madcat's arms look rather thin and weak in my opinion, and some things don't appear to be scaled correctly, e.g. the vulture is practically the same size as the madcat despite a supposed 15 ton difference
Keep up the great work, this is ****ing Awesome
droools... lemme in the cockpit... pleez?
Somehow i have doubts about those arms...
The body of the mech is too small/ thin compared to the 90 tons this mech is supposed to be, it would be better if it would have thicker armor or a more boxy shape in general
it would look cooler if the missile racks were larger
The Reason they put a clear cockpit was so you could see all around from inside, and for that they removed the Skull head, but wouldn't it be better if it could turn it's head like a turret?
SKULL! SKULL! SKULL! SKULL! We NEEDZ the SKULL! please don't leave the iconic mech of the series looking so boring!
i agree with Captain Drake here it does seem to be missing something.. what if the body was slightly more bulky, it seems rather thin and light compared to the 90 ton monster its supposed to be...
i think that its a better idea to give the head a turning function, like a turret. the skull is just to good/scary/awesome to lose, and when i say this i think every other Mechwarrior fan agrees that the skull head must be incorporated somehow
(P.S. ShepherdOfRot im pretty sure the atlas was supposed to be some embodiment of fear/grim reaper than some heroic piece of art...)
