I'd prefer extensions to the game. The original content is very good but it could use some juicing up.

Maybe you could consider giving some small reward for each achievement? Not necessarily XP, but something like +1 point to aggravated damage defence or increasing health regeneration speed. It would encourage to play to the full a lot stronger. Alpha Protocol did it quite well.

Ok, this is now officially the best VtMB mod in existence.
