No, Istanbul means "to the city"

"εις την Πόλη " (is tin Poli) which means -to the city (going to the City or towards the City)

Whereas Constantinople means the "city of Constantine"

Dude, maybe your idea is great, but you honestly need a modeler ..I mean...it's a waste of GoW and the Unreal engine...he's ears aren't even symetrical .
