Am I missing something, how can I reach tier 2, I have researched everything and Crafted everythings, even the thing that need green crystal and my purple bar that show how far along you are toward the next tier have not even reached the third square under it that show what you are currently crafting.

I'm playing version 1.0.5.2

Did the fact I found a tier 3 pickaxe in a chest early on made the game think that I have reached tier 3 and made research and crafted item give a lot less progress toward next tier?

Whenever I try to load a world, my game crash 2 to 5 times before i'm actually able to get into the game and now whenever I try to equip a piece of the leather suits, the game also crash, its always the same thing, an windows open saying "darkout.exe has encountered a problem and have to close"

Since version 0.3.1, I have been getting so much crash when trying to start playing, does the game need a lot more ram than with version 0.2.3,because for example, after updating to 0.3.1 when I started a new caracter and a new world, after selecting the world, it took me about 6 try before I could finally start playing the game and now that I updated to 1.0.3, its even worse, again I created a new caracter and a new world then I click the world then crashed, tried again crash and again crashed, created a new caracter and a new world and when I cliked the world I crashed then I tried 4 more time and crashed than got in the game and started taking my ship apart, after the first part of taking it apart done, sound go weird and the game crashed, after that I tried 3 more time and still can't play.

I use windows xp sp3 and have around 2.256 Go of ram

First off all, I'm using windows xp SP3 I don't think there any run as administrator and yes its the only game that does that.

-the skill description are no longer there and there no indication of the skill point I spent;

-the items don't exactly dissapear, it just that when I want to move an item, if does not show up on the cursor and I can't see the name of what i'm dragging, also if I press 2 to get my sword out or pickaxes, it does not show on the active item box and if I equip something I don't see it on the f5 equipment screen

- in 4.4.2 I had around three different active quest now I just have a delivery quest

p.s: How can you delete the data of your caracter, I don't really like being forced to only use that caracter and I would also like to try different skill choice.

edit: I just got an error when I tried to install again it was :

Like always my block story game on desura always says "not ready", but that not my main problem.
After that update my game feel really messed up, the direct download still say 4.4.2, but when I installed and started it from desura it does say 5.0 but:
- my world name are red(this might just be different);
- I can no longer see what my skill levels are and the description only show thing like "bow_damage_description;
- when I drag an item, the item just dissapear visually and I can't see its name
- my equipement don't show on my equipement screen even if I know I have some thing equiped
- I lost most of my actives quests, right now there only a delivery quest

Did Desura simply decided to install a demo, even if I already bought the game, on my personal cdkey page I can download block story but its still 4.4.2

edit: when I wanted to update, desura was saying there an update available and when I tried to update there was an error saying there no update, at another time when I wanted to install it from the beginning there was some"three letters I forgot what they were" errors.

The game is fun but to me it felt like our progression is controled to much, our levelling go up to fast which make monster higher level and the loot we find is not really enough to keep up even with the crafting(which give even more exp)and the loot is always very close to our level, I always like being able to find something good in rogue-like dungeon crawler, it never meant that you did not die after finding one but it was exiting to find.
my suggestions would be either:
- make levelling slower or
- make monster level based on how far from ours starting point they are.

The game look good, but I have a few problem,
-first of all, where are the requirements for the game I can't find them and I'm starting to wonder if my computer can run the game because I am unable to play because when I create a caracter, none show up in the list but I have a select button as if I had created a caracter, but I can't select anything, all I see is a weird line
I'm using 0.2.3 version.

Also, in the summary it say to run the updater the first time then only when a new patch is out, but both Darkout.exe and DarkoutUpdater.exe start the updater is that normal or is it that it no longer matter.
