Okay, color me confused. As I said, I hadn't changed any settings but just now I fooled around with a few and was able to solve the problem by turning off depth of field.
I downloaded the latest version a couple weeks ago and played through vanilla Quake 2 and The Reckoning with no issues. However, I've been playing through Ground Zero recently and today when I loaded up my save file I found that the upper right quarter of the screen was just white.
This persists into Reckoning and vanilla as well. A clean install didn't solve the problem and I hadn't messed with any game files prior to the bug appearing. Any clue?
I just finished it. This was really quite good and I'm amazed its from a first time modder.
To me this feels like it could have been a commercial expansion pack release from 2003 or so, as a last hurrah for the original Half-Life and to build interest for Half-Life 2.
