Well, the portraits are not intended to work with another mod, and there's a lot of stuff on them. As i've got a ton of work on this mod on my size, i really can't help you, i have to look at the files and see what's wrong...
That's something i fixed for a next update :)
The trait system wasn't good, and remember this mod is in progress, so i'm improving it little by little ! I think that in the next update, you'll see that hired courtiers will have correct bloodlines now.

There's a ton of stuff to learn to mod this game, and it's not that difficult once you understand the logical behind all of this.

Well, thanks for your support, and for your ideas/reports, i'll try to answer them !
The crash with religion table was fixed by a little update of the mod, you'll just have to download it again and reinstall it properly to solve it !
1 - I removed the "elf" trait to change it for a bloodline. Elves don't have to change their faces, as they don't really get old ;)
2 - Yeah, Elves are limited by the number of children they can have, only some particular characters can have more than two/three children, and i'll implement something to simulate that in a next update !
3 - I want to do that, but i'm alone to work on this mod, and it wasn't the most necessary stuff to do. Maybe later, i'll add some little flavour events to do that.
4 - Well, the quest for the Silmaril is something hard, and there's a very little chance to find it at end. Normally, if you go to the fight with the pirates, you'll find a chest (with chance), and the chest COULD be the one with the silmaril, but once again, with some chance on your side.
5 - Hmm, Shouldn't happens, as elven units are powerfull, even if there is a few units only in battle. But if you're facing a big army, that could happen, yeah...

Oui certains éléments n'ont pas été traduits, je n'ai pas le temps de le faire. Si tu te sens l'âme de le faire, ce serait avc plaisir :)
Pareil pour les traits WEP, ils ont besoin de traduction, rien de plus.
Le trait prince de Numenor n'est pour l'instant pas important, vu que le Second Âge n'est pas dans le mod!

- Yeah Holy Wars can be declared, to allow the game to be more pleasant. But it needs more balance, and well... the mod is again a beta ^^
- Weird for the Istari. Will look at it
- Sauron shouldn't be able to marry. The Maia trait should be broken.
- Yeah, that's a minor issue i think, but we'll try to make a better angle
- We can't change the look... or we change it for any races/cultures in the game. It's coded for every characters that at 50 years old, the portrait switch to the old faces. We can chage that, but well... no numenorean characters will mostly die without old faces then ^^

The vanilla conversion events of CKII are working, so even if you can't colonize now, yout province will be converted eventually.
Yeah, it was a mistake somewhere, and we didn't see that. I fixed it for a next hotfix :)
Yeah for now we limited these actions, as IA had the bad idea to made massive interraces weddings. We needs to add little things to simulate human/elves marriages for players in the future :)
Well, the colonization system is a little buggy and we ll fix it. by the way, the vanilla conversion events are back, so the provinces will be "converted" eventually :)
Another way to simulate it is to create a character with the correct culture (an elvish one, like Noldor, Sindar, ...), without the race traits and in a "young" age. Normally, the game should give him the trait at start.
i'll raise the max age to something like 600 next time.
well, depends on the traits you give him. If it's just half-elf or elven blood he won't survive, but the elf trait will make him immortal.
Note that elven blood / half-elf /blood of numenor will launch randomly an event to kill the character at some ages. So even if you got the elf trait, these events will fire.

- Fixed a bug where Osgiliath is holded by the heirs of Isildur before 9980
To use it, please desinstall your installation of the mod, and reinstall it entirely by downloading the version updated. Thanks :)

I'm fixing that with an hotfix coming today :)
We'll release a new version with less bugs (^^) in some minutes, for the ones who already downloaded the mod, just download it another time. It'll be in an hour i think.
Ok, that's a bug we're aware of, we're trying to solve it currently!
We're aware of a last minute bug causing CTDs sometimes. We're fixing it ASAP!

Hmmm, maybe a wrong installation somewhere? If you owned an old version of the mod, be sure to remove it entirely before to add the new one. If it doesn't works, please send me a pm with the starting date, the character you played, anything you did/saw before the crash please :) (and the version of your game)
