Me too. I think it might have to do with that warband update to 1.60

The shields don't appear for some reason. I get a error message every time a specific type of shield is shown on the menu. Otherwise great mod.

Have to have negative relations with said faction.

I vote economy, because with economy, troops come along naturally. That, and because I just wanted to spite the rest of you. :)

It takes some time for a new game to start. The Chinese characters on the bottom right of the screens tells you to be patient. This is not surprising considering the tremendous size of the map.

I encountered some AI flaws in this game while I was a soldier in the French army. There are times on the field where both sides sit on their respective sides without moving. Even when I provoke the enemy to attack my allies just stay where they are and suffer many unnecessary deaths. In siege battles, once the AI manages to get across the wall and start fighting within the castle, the sometimes the one AI will stay right in front of the ladders refusing to move prompting me to shoot him in the face in order for the men behind him to move on, even then after a couple of men get through another AI will block the way; this results in me having to stay by the ladders to shoot the AIs who decide to block the way. I like this mod very much but these problems make this mod too tedious to be worth playing. Keep up the goo work otherwise.
