umm,this the game or is it just a soundtrack?

i emptied al my garages and started a new game and i only got this.

1.during the installation it got stuck in the part where it replaces something about the ak47
2.when loading the game it stays halfway tru and then it just stops there.

it's a rar. file and i hav no idea how to install those,help me out here i wanna drive a hummer =/

i like havoc is back and i like the mammoth tanks the way they were on renegade,looked much more stronger than on tiberium wars.
