This is probadly better than the ORINGAL!
It was not bad, but I think it was too synthetic for my liking.
I did like the track, because I love this song.
In fact i've been doing my own version except Reason 3.0 has really crappy guitar sounds.
I was thinking there is not enough happening in the song as some sortof background instrument.
To me, it just sounds like 2-3 instruments being used:
drums
bass guitar
and that other sound used for the marching
and..that's probably all I can hear.
Maybe add more sounds to give it a little more life :)
Some orchestral sound will really do your song some good if you use them right.
And probably some electronic synths.
Otherwise I do like the track, and I'd definately like to see more work from you ;).
BTW: was the guitar recorded as midi? or were you using a program with the guitars, because I really like the guitar sounds compared to the crap that i'm working with :P
I have to agree with Otreum with a lot of stuff. The original Hell March was a lot more.... hectic I would say, like a proper Hell March. This is all kinda too.... composed. It just doesn't sound like Hell March at all in a lot of parts. Hell March could almost be heavy metal, yours is a lot milder, considering the USSR and the West are at war. It just doesn't sound right, especially the marching. It sounds like really low fidelity cymbals, no offense. I realize you guys have put a lot of work into this mod, and it looks great because of it. I'm just throwing out my worthless 2 cents here, hopefully you'll take it as the constructive criticism it's meant to be.

On the whole its good, I agree with the other comments about the marching. To me it doesn't sound like marching.
Personnally I wouldn't have the German speech (I think its Hitler) in this version as the story behind this mod doesn't seem involve Germany for the reason why the different nations are at war with each other.
Red Alert had being removed from time before WW2 by people time traveling back in time from after WW2 which is why it suits the original Hell March in RA.
Maybe I could have George Bush saying something...... LOL
