SMG maybe a tad bid difficult as it's just a reskin, but the health one I might do as an update.

Sorry to hear about this, I haven't really tested with graphics mods on it. The lag is most likely coming from the earlier maps being quite big and the use of distant skyscrapers and for the depth of field, I often would just make a map big to try and keep that urban city look.
