After a good few months of development (excluding past iterations that were scrapped) me and my good brother have this mod ready. Thankfully, just got this in time for Halloween! not sure if it's viable but i think you should increase the health bonuses a bit and rename the smg since when you pick it up, it still says chaingun.
SMG maybe a tad bid difficult as it's just a reskin, but the health one I might do as an update.
Just use this in DECORATE like what I did:
