Oke so the game was just bugged or something. Had a save from before limansk, loaded it. First thing i notice is that i got 20k as a quest bonus from the first quest that i didnt before and the pda was now right next to that scout guy :D yay for bugs.

Okee new question. When in limansk after finding the wounded scout, he tells you to find the leaders pda, is it on one of the bodies of the sin in limansk or somewhere else? Because all of the bodies despawned after i went back and fourth limansk and the hospital a few times :D

Hello, nice mods. Anyhow i seem to have run into a bit of a pickle with the second questline. After the sin attack on the rookie village im supposed to go to talk to Scamorovich but he dosent have any options to talk about said attack, running mods OA AO DX questline.
