If you have King's Landing, Daenerys will be at war with you, IF it's not been changed. (Aegon is at war with you at 1.3 if you have King's Landing). About everyone being at war with you, as MitEragon implied, the reason could be killing a lord.

He said 152 days after he completed Varys' questline. It's a bug indeed. They landed 1 or 2(at most) weeks in my playthrough.

There are no "new banners". You can edit the banner files as you like. All you need is paint.net, which is very easy to use. Or If you don't want to do all this, you can use this banner file which i edited for my taste. Mediafire.com
