hell yeah brother!!!!!!!
Surely a version where you pull the whole dart in one drag
Haha thank you but I can't take credit, all coding was done by collision02, he just disappeared so I patched for the newest version.
goes under gamedata/configs/creatures/
Very carefully ;)
My favourite part of playing with this mod is how paranoid you get when you've gone a long time without a safe campfire.
Not sure if I agree with some of these changes, surely most sentient/psionic mutants would be bros with each other since they're all mentally connected, plus a version that makes Tushkanos friendly to Burers would be greatly appreciated by stalkers using Arszi's Burer Overhaul.
Wildlife changes are spot-on though, good stuff!
Nice. Dug GhenTuong's tasks but uninstalled after I got two mint condition MGs as a rookie. Will check this out
Aw dude that's awesome to hear, looking forward to it :D
I assume you've already thought of this, but if all the item changes stem from the formula being (psy_dam-psy_prot)+psy_dam then why not just remove the "+psy_dam" part of the formula? Is it hard-coded? I don't know much about the backend of modding, but I imagine this would help prevent mod conflicts.
Just asking out of interest; your passion for modding is contagious :)
No worries dude, it can be a little overwhelming at first glance but it's real simple once you go through it a few times.
If you only want to install the base of this mod:
1. Hit the download button
2. Open w 7zip
3. Go into Yim's Weapon Tweaks > Weapon Tweaks
4. There's 3 folders in here, you can pick which one sounds the best
5. Drag the gamedata folder into your base folder (The one with AnomalyLauncher.exe)
All done!
If you want the ammo overhaul:
6. Go back into 7zip
7. Go into Yim's Weapon Tweaks > Ammo Overhaul
8. Drag the gamedata folder into your base folder
I'd highly recommend using JSGME though, it's a v simple tool that lets you put your mods into separate folders and swap them out as you please. It even lets you know if two mods are incompatible. Wish you well on your modding journey my dude.
I've been playing w both and it seems to work fine, I haven't dug through the code though
Seems to be some alignment issues while wielding a sawnoff shotgun with a flashlight. When I noticed it when I was wielding TOZ-34 Sawnoff and my arms were positioned way off the left edge of the screen. Tried recreating it w a TOZ-66 (only sawnoff in the loadout mod) and the problem wasn't as bad but still, check this out:
I don't wanna blow my hand off man, hope it's an easy fix!
Can post my mod order if that helps, but I'm pretty sure nothing else I've got touches weapons or models
Aside from that this is a sick mod. Pretty much essential tbh, sights look great and full auto is actually useful now
