Yeah, the mega download doesn't work, its too large to download in one sitting. This wouldn't have been an issue with the previous setup of Mega, but they've massively reduced free users download capacity per day.

This installer is broken, it starts up fine, then locks up. It then says that I'm not connected to the internet, and it fails to install the tyranids mod. It asks me to manually install it, and then crashes when I say no.

I do indeed use adblock, but sites like that have gotten wise to our defenses, and have developed scripts that block access to the site unless you disable adblock, which really sucks.

Thats really odd, I have no idea how it could have gotten corrupted. I'm redownloading it right now, hopefully this will fix the issue.

That file host you sent me to bombarded me with popups, virus filled ads, and tried several times to trick me into downloading viruses. I did finally manage to get the actual module file you intended to share, but please never again use that filehost- please use Google Drive, or One Drive, etc instead.

The only error I'm getting is the "mod can't be activated" one in Soulstorm when I try to switch to the New Races Unification mod in SS. Trying to load that mod in the Mod Manager (latest version) will launch the game, cause the loading screen to appear for a while, then it crashes to desktop without any further errors or warnings.

I certainly hope it fixes it. Nothing has gone right today, I really needed something fun to get my mind off of things, and this mod was going to do that for me. Instead, it became another source of frustration.

This mod does not work. I installed the 14 mods I needed, including the latest UI mod and latest Objective Points mod, ran the config file, and tried to run the mod. Trying to switch to it via Soulstorm gives an error, stating the mod couldn't be activated, and running it through the latest version of the mod manager just makes the game crash after the loading screen.

I'm not sure why, but your shader doesn't appear in the Reshade home shader list, so I can't use it. I installed it exactly as instructed, several times in fact, but it never appeared.

EDIT: I am an idiot. I found it, its a PRESET, not an actual setting, lol. Jesus, I'm having a hard time with stuff these days XD

My issue was the EAC, sorry for the stupid complaint guys. I didn't know that you had to disable the EAC for the mod to work, hence the glitchy unmodded result XD

I couldn't get your mod to work at all, lol. All it did was make the game glitchy, it added no units or anything new that I could find. I fiddled with it for a bit, then got sick of it and uninstalled the mod and the game again.

When will this be added? Its not currently in the latest version. In fact, I didn't see any new models in the latest version, or much of anything new, except a bunch of new bugs and dubious balance changes.

Being steamrolled by the AI on standard difficulty is still a thing, when it seems like every unit they have can melt your elite troops in seconds.

Several maps still cause the game to crash, or cause SCAR errors. Most of the Apocalized maps aren't balanced at all, and allow the AI to bum rush you with a massive army before you can even prepare any defenses.

The previous patch was so completely broken, I was never able to play multiplayer with any friends, partly because the installation process of the mod was so complicated that one of my friends couldn't get it to work right, and partly because I could never see any of them online, even when we followed the exact same steps to install the mod.

I have yet to try this new patch in multiplayer, I doubt it will work, as it doesn't look like installation was made any easier, and there don't seem to be any proper fixes for anything.

Hey guys, love your mod so far, its easily the most amazing mod produced for Soulstorm in its long history, and probably the best mod produced for any game period.

However, I've discovered that multiplayer doesn't work, I tested the multiplayer with different combinations of addons, different maps, etc.

Every time, the game would finally load, and my friend who was testing it with me would immediately lose, probably meaning there was a sync error. We got this error every time we tried to play a match.
