Should new traders spawn after a base is taken? If I am playin renegades, am I just not going to have a mechanic apart from going to the bandits base?

I was using the spaz 14 and when i aim down sights my right shoulder ends up taking up half of the left hand side of my screen, any fix?

Hi, i can see a transparent version of myself standing in front of me sometimes, any idea how to get rid of this? It seems to happen mostly when i am standing close to a wall or something similar.
EDIT: I can also see it when i am shooting
