well you download and install Azure Sheep 1.0 then you put the super definition in where you installed Azure Sheep (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\asheep) or for non 64bit users
(C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\asheep) I dont know the WON version though. Then restart steam.

POP cap is shift F10 and change nation is shift SPACE BAR also you need to do this to work you need to go in properties then short cut, target then put this in the target "C:\Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\RelicCOH.exe" -mod CheatMod -dev -nomovies..... dont put the .... dots!!!!! really
