How do I use it in the game? I have downloaded it, how to I take it from the download and insert it into the game?

You don't need to install anything. Drop the maps in your Wc3 Downloads folder.

I keep getting brown map names and 3971. I made a Downloads folder in the Maps Folder and still no luck.

It's ok that the map name is a different color.
