The Equipment Table says that the A556 Salvador can be found in Canyon City, but I can't seem to find its location and it does not appear in the shop afterwards.

Edit: I also can't find the M202A1 ASH.

Anybody know the location of the Brahmin Poker and Elixir of Life special encounters?

Is the bug where you cannot complete City On Water due to the Unofficial Patch 1.65 fixed here?

How can you start the game on the other missions? I can only play long sessions at a time because the game starts at the very beginning. I know about the wrench thing and it works but after exiting the game it always starts at the very beginning.
