Do you know the code or what not that needs to be put into Steam's launch sequence to make this work? I can't find it.

Hello everyone, i am new to this mod thing and Desura but I will say this I am extremely impressed and think it's awesome. I have a problem that I cant seem to figure out on my own. I am hoping someone smarter than me can. I have Star Wars EAW FOC on Steam, and I installed Thrawn's Revenge but I cant seem to be able to figure out how to get it to run when I click on Launch in Desura it brings up the original EAW and when I select manually FOC I don't see a option to run Thrawn's Revenge. I also installed Return of the Clones and am having the same result. I don't want to be a bother but I will be the first to admit I need help.

Ok I am new to Desura but I found two mods I think i'll enjoy Return of the Clones and Thrawn's Revenge now I have them both downloaded but am unable to see or access them via the Steam version of the game. Is there a step i'm somehow missing that someone could possibly point out to me.
