How would I adjust the vertical positioning of the selection box when highlighting an item in the pipboy or the trade menu? I've tweaked the fonts.xml file for California Fonts to make it work better with YSI sorting icons and fix some wrapping issues, the only issue being that the icons slightly clip out of the box at the bottom.
Is this tool also needed to, for instance, make the text for the reinforced mk2 combat armour fit on a single line?

Are you able to make caps & HP both show up consistently in the inventory menu instead of being dependent on the selected category?

Yeah, it's much nicer-looking than the vanilla fonts imo. Similar in style to darnui, but better. Shame that the author decided to nuke the original mod page so it'll never be updated or maintained properly.
As for the quest formatting bug, guessing I'll need to use that tool? Though the strange thing is that most objective entries appear fine. The formatting problem shows up very rarely.
I'm using Stewie's Tweaks. Is there a specific option I need to enable in the ini?
EDIT: Also had an issue where a few quest objectives have overlapping text.

The California Font patch needs a hotfix, it currently causes this bug when you load a save with a missing mod.

Seems it's just a case of copying over the newer fonts.xml lines.
More recent versions of VUI+ seem to break compatibility with California Fonts when using your patch, which is almost a year out of date. Assuming you don't plan to update it, do you happen to know what I should edit in the fonts.xml file to get it working properly again? The main issue right now is that the text is bugged out in the barter menu.
Can also confirm that voices bug out with this mod.
This has a minor incompatibility with The Frontier, where the loading roulette wheel is cut off because VUI+ repositions it lower on the screen. This works fine for the vanilla texture, but The Frontier's texture appears to be bigger.
There seems to be a conflict when using this mod, Consistent Pipboy Icons and OneHud together, where HP/Compass elements disappear from the HUD.
Having Vanilla HUD Remastered prevents it from occurring. Any idea what would cause this?
No problem. Also, I noticed in the changelog that it mentions removing references to Emptybell's fonts, which I assume is regarding California Fonts. I still have that mod installed, does this mean VUI+ is no longer compatible with it?
Yeah, I disabled all mods, including NVSE plugins. Stewie himself told me that it's a known issue with JIP.

Well this is weird. Without VUI+, the in-game HUD is blue, while the rest is amber.

Tested further, seems it's specifically due to JIP LN NVSE. Disabled all other mods, issue persists until I eventually disable it as well.
I was using 8.00 up until today, when I came across an issue where the UI colour keeps changing to blue when I boot up the game, even though it's set to amber in the options menu. Changing it back and forth works, but the issue crops up again whenever I launch the game again. Narrowed it down to VUI+, so I updated to the latest version, issue still occurs. Is this likely due to the recent JIP LN update? The issue also went away when I disabled that mod, so presumably whatever function of VUI+ relies on JIP is the cause.
