I think 1453 is a good ending date.
The new mod will be a total conversion focused in the Roman world, will use a new chronological system using as year 0 the foundation of Rome. This system is the one used by the Romans themselves.
The last playable Bookmark will be 527 AD Justinian and the first, Augustus in 27 BC. You can select and start on any date between those two points. For this I plan to expand the mod in phases.
-Phase 1 will be from 27 BC to 235 AD. [Principate]
-Phase 2 will be from 235 AD to 284 AD.[Crisis of the Third Century]
-Phase 3 will be from 284 AD to 395 AD.[Late Empire]
-Phase 4 will be from 395 AD to 527 AD.[Dark Ages]
I will use the same name, that is, this total conversion is a new version of the Mod Rome and the dark ages. And in the certain way it is, I'm using a lot of things like flags and cultures.
I've started the Mod since 0, and I'm working hard on it. When I have something to show you, I will update this page with new screenshots so you can see it.
You have to understand that the previous Mod had a serious problem, the Paradox updates altered the base files of the game and it was horrible to have to readjust everything. With the new mod I do not use the base files and that assures me that the updates will influence less.
Stabilizing the old Mod is possible, but it takes a lot of work. If these weeks I get some time I'll take a look and try to fix bugs but I can not promise anything.
I am working on a new project, that will cover from 27 BC to 527 AD.It`s a Total Conversion Mod, I'm sure you'd like it ;)
There will be no more patches, I'm working on a new version that will be a total conversion, I hope to release it in January.
I am working on a new project, in December you will have news of it. The new project will cover from 27 BC to 527 AD. I'm sure you'd like it;)
I'll take a look, and try to correct it. Thanks for letting me know.
I did some test matches and everything went well. Delete it and unzip it again.
I will try to adapt the mod to the latest version, but I will not include new content. I'm sorry but I'm busy.
Beacause i didnt set a creations conditions, the mod was on an early dev.
1. Yes, :( 2.Roman Mesopotamia province cant be created. 3 I thinks that exist 3 Dacia titles, k_old_dacia ; k_roman_dacia ; k_dacia.
Ancient Religions is integrated in the mod
How strange, try clearing the mod and re-download. Many users report that it works correctly.
For personal reasons the mod is abandoned. I am sorry that this happen but we see no other way out. Thank you for your comments, encouragement and opinions.
A sad farewell, JaviF1.
Yes, I have also detected the problem. I will try to correct it to work properly.
The nomadic government has given me some problems at the moment I have no plans to include it.
Mod version 0.2 is almost ready. Will add all the new features of the v2.4.2 CKII.I will post it in 1 week.
The Roman Empire was fighting almost always outnumbered, moreover, in the game they have legions as vassal mercenary units, that should balance it.
Kenetic religion depends CK2 + team that is those who have developed.
Since we know almost nothing of the old religion, I think it's better to have tengri faith.
In these early versions of the mod, Nicene Christianity exist from 330 to 589,in 589 is divided into Orthodox and Catholic Christianity.Future versions will extend this until the Great Schism of 1054.
Yes, in the next version I will add new playable factions.
You must decompress the .zip file and copy the files to the folder Mod of Crusader Kings II
