I just tested it using all characters, for some reason mine always gives 504 XP on defeating bishibosh. I honestly can't figure out why you got 480 xp...

So to fix it, I edited it now to give at least 525, hopefully it now works on your end.

Yes it's a shortcut to game.exe inside the Diablo II folder in C:\Program Files (x86), with a "-direct -txt" suffix... Did you copy+paste+replace the contents of the zip file into your Diablo II folder in C:\Program Files (x86)?

The zip file above isn't a stand alone program... the contents of the zip file needs to be moved into the standard Diablo II installation folder for it to work...

You instantly go to level 2 starting with Bishibosh in the Den of Evil... You get no experience from monsters of the same level, only monsters of a higher level. Makes more challenge :)

It does now, but not all the features, mainly two: the infinite stamina, and infinite throwable items and tomes... Everything else seems to work though, it's fully playable on Windows 10 now.

Yup the multires was a problem.. I removed it with the latest upload, so that there wouldn't be any bugs in case anyone wants to use this for Windows 10 or Diablo 1.14d...

I haven't edited the .dll's for a few things, but it works now, fully enjoyable, just without the few features that are dll dependent, like the infinite stackables...

Finally edited it to be playable for Diablo 1.14d... but a few features (like the infinite stamina, projectiles, and tomes) are not available on Diablo 1.14d. All the features are available on Windows 7 with Diablo 1.13c.

I modified the availability, prices, and stack amounts of certain items that are not infinite in version 1.14d (javelins, throwing knives, scrolls, etc), and fixed a bug where javelins and throwing knifes always cost just 1 gold.

I lessened drops to 50% of the previous chance, but increased the amount 2x per drop.

I also nerfed Bishibosh in the Den of Evil... It was too difficult because you had to use the 3 new potions to finish the quest... or use the 3 new potions to kill some Rogues in the Cold Plains to level up first before the Den of Evil... So I just nerfed the Den of Evil instead. It can now be finished without using the 3 new potions. Also I removed the 3 new potions from Akara (the 3 new potions are now only item drops).

Hi Kye, it's a Windows 10 issue. I thought it was just the resolution mod, but even plugy doesn't work on Windows 10. This Christmas I've saved enough for a new hard disk, just ordered it online, so I'll finally get to make a plugy-less multires-less version soon. I'll get back to you on that asap.

I was inspired by your mod to add a few changes in my preference, like reducing the javelin damage to the same level as its melee damage, etc. I was just a guest when I first played your mod a year ago. Now I have a mod of my own. Thank you for your mod, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I voted it 10/10. :)

Oh yeah I kept those there, I replaced only the medium and large charm graphics with small ones, I think. I made this mod early 2018 and I kinda forgot what I did, hehe

Wow, you're right, that's a very good point. I had the concepts first, then I just slapped on "deckard's cocaine" cos the movement speed increase looks like an angry old man who just snorted cocaine haha... and that cats have 9 lives cos I wanted like a few minutes of life increase... But you're right the grass totally doesn't make sense that it would give mana. Your name suggestions would be more accurate.

For some reason, PlugY stopped working for me today too, also with the Read Process Memory error. I didn't edit the PlugY file at all (except to add "Jaina's Mod" to the version. I checked online and it seems that PlugY is having problems with Windows 10.

When I made this mod, I was on Windows 7 and it was working perfectly... That's too bad if it really is a Windows 10 problem.

I got the same error when forcing MultiRes with PlugY with AMD. I checked the comments from the original MultiRes upload and they haven't found a fix either.

It was working on my last PC, an Intel i5-4690... Are you on AMD too?

Nope not at all. The MultiRes dll's were just downloaded and included.

I'm also having a problem running it in my new AMD setup. When I finished this mod back then, I was running on Intel and it always works the first time I enter a game. When I exit a game that's when it messes up.

Oh, I see. I couldn't fix it myself, sorry. I didn't create the MultiRes.dll file so I can't edit it. The original files found at Moddb.com has a MultiResGame.exe but I'm not sure yet if it works with PlugY...

Thanks for the heads up.

Yup the MultiRes doesn't seem to work especially for AMD graphics, for Intel it apparently messes up the 2nd time the game is entered.

The fix is to open PlugY.ini in the game folder, look for the text that says "DllToLoad=", and remove "D2MultiRes_113c.dll"

I'm gonna upload a PlugY.ini fix for gfxs that have this problem asap.

(BTW, the MultiRes plug-in isn't mine, I just included it, I downloaded it from somewhere here I think...)
