I figured out our problem, we simply didn't use the main file and instead used the compatibility files by themselves.
I dropped the main file into my anomaly folder then the compatibility file and nows it's working. Just a user error.

I'm receiving the same exact error on my end.
Playing on Anomaly 1.3.1 and fresh start 1.2.
I doubt the new update changed anything to be incompatible with fresh start and i have no other addons in gamedata except yours, i'm also using the proper anomaly compatible gamedata given in the download.

To be honest i'm not 100% sure if it was his RPG.
I remember when looting him he had a bunch of other guns from looting, next area over was a big group of dead bandits so either mercs can get RPGs or the bandits had one and he took it, still interesting nonetheless.
I think it's rare chance. I've seen Merc patrol in wild territory with RPG before.
You could force a cease-fire by killing bandits in levels where the military patrol. Once they're neutral to loners you could start doing jobs for them.

No i've left the arms and their meshes alone. I think they're the same ones anyway.

I'm using this myself currently and as far as i've seen all heavy armours and exosuits have been left alone. Very nice if you don't wanna go full vanilla.

Also isn't there already a knife slot? You can equip any one knife like you would any grenade or binoculars in Anomaly.

Hey the 1.2.1 patch notes said the yantar defense mission was disabled now. Does this mean we can't get the Psy helmet for free now?
Just extract the first part into any folder and the rest will extract in order... Once done just check and see if the folder you extracted everything too is 17 GB full and it'll be ready to play.

I just realized this but there are no megaphones? I've been around various military areas and Rostok and realized it was too quiet. Anyway to bring them back myself?
I'm on day 9 right now and i think i was 4 days in when i saw the military helis. If it helps i just went through limansk for some merc missions and i didn't see any monolith helis either.
I think they appear after some time has passed.
I didn't see any hinds at agroprom for a little while but now theres one flying around all the time there.
Escort mission marker is huge! I've been ignoring those for awhile since they usually give me pretty vague details on where they want to precisely be at.

Hi! I really enjoy your complete mod and i've been trying your gearpack recently but the mod has been way more hardcore then i can handle!
So i was hoping if anyone could help point me to the right files so i could tweak ’em too more 'vanilla' values (Enemy accuracy, armor, weapon damage, mutant damage, etc) I'm not very familiar with stalkers file setup and have only tweaked a couple games for myself in the past. If you can help thanks a bunch!
