So great so far, finish the first mission already, no problem so far, thanks FastGamerr! However, in the first mission (i forgot what the place called), most of the banner is either horizontal or vertical reverted.

BTW, the opengl didn't work, I read the readme, I type "UseS3TC=True" in the deusex.ini at the right section, but it didn't work (some textures like tv and panel work though).
Direct10 work perfectly with new vision but it run pretty slow for me, i got NVIDIA 9400.

New Vision huh, I show you REAL New Vision:
1. In game, press t , remove "say" and type "set jcdentonmale bcheatsenabled true" without quotes.
2. Open credits, type "thereisnospoon", you will hear typing sound if you type correctly.
3. Press Esc
4. ???
5. My vision is augmented.

When I use Direct3d 10 renderer, it work perfectly, but when I use opengl renderer, it don't work at all. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
