Real great progress so far, and would like to suggest some changes about unit recruitment, if you guys could come up with the fire and sword recruitment system it would be really cool, like the recruits from villages can be upgraded into very basic units and nothing professional, for better and elite units you have to appoint captains in castles and towns who will train those troops for you in similar way it would be very cool if you appoint a batch of let's say Irish Brigade and they come with 50men with their own flag bearer and drummer and similar way you can appoint Texas Lancers in the Texas region castles and towns, this would be much logical and better way of getting units unlike the current way of just upgrading from villagers into something elite which is a bit absurd, thank you and hope you'll consider this change

That's insane, i would never upgrade my troops after a single upgrade because because the first upgrade gives you all the necessities-bayonets, proper uniform, good cav, and upgrading afterwards just increases their upkeep cost and upgrade cost and they would still have almost very similar stats as of the first upgrade ones and only difference would be in their uniforms and a bit of weapons sometimes. I am going to eagerly wait for this new recruitment system which would make the troops balanced and fun,thanks

The mod is really great especially with the addition with arty, but I would like to know more about the recruitment system you guys are going to implement and how long it would take for next update, thanks

Sure I could add new troop trees for neutral fort troops, might take a while since I'm currently working on another project
