download the 2 parts of 1.3.1 files unpack them and replace them in this order 1.3.3 - 1.4.0 - 1.5.0 its really confusing but 1.5 Standalone is on the Way

just copy 1.3.3 files in your Anomaly folder and overwrite with 1.4.0 files
