Yes! Hail to the king, baby!
Yes! Hail to the king, baby!
Yes, just who the hell is this Draffin character?
Hmm... Perhaps you could use the effect the Scrin use when they teleport in buildings for beaming down (during this time both the unit being beamed down and the gunship won't be able to do anything) and reverse the animation (but not the sound) for beaming up?
I'm drooling Carnius, this is beautiful stuff.
My only real problem here is with the GDI logo on the left side of the APCs, in my opinion it should be flipped so it's facing forward. Gives the impression that it's carrying the logo forward into battle, so to speak.
EA's Tiberium doesn't assimilate everything at the same rate, and vehicles are made of whatever it is that slows Tiberium assimilation.
Why infantry don't get this armour is beyond me.
No, those are Nod units you're looking at.
Yeah, it's a new one, the Wolverine from 1.4 is one of Carnius's oldest models and he wanted to update it.
Gonna agree with most of the people in saying that while the old Stealth Tank didn't look too bad, I rather like this new one.
Actually, it is compatible. <- Uses Windows 7 x64.
You'll want the filepath to look something like this (same for 7 and Vista)
C:\Users\Your Name Here\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods\TiberiumEssence
You'll then want to put the TE files (TiberiumEssence.big and TiberiumEssence_1.4.skudef) in the TiberiumEssence folder (or whatever you end up calling it).
Spam Sonic Emitters, they tear through Conquerors like nothing.
As for the Scrin ships, capture the silo down in the south-west, they'll swarm, but not attack it.
The file path you want is: C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods
As for playing it, there are two ways:
1.) Make a shortcut and add -ui to the end of target
Then click game browser, and go to the mods tab.
2.) For a shortcut that only plays Tiberium Essence add this, changing "Your Name" to, well, your name. You'll need to update the version number in the skudef each time you update TE.
-modConfig "C:\Users\Your Name \Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods \TiberiumEssence \TiberiumEssence_1.4.skudef"
(Some spaces added because ModDB doesn't like "words with more than 50 characters")
I'm using Kane Edition too (and it works flawlessly).
That's what Nod did after taking out the controls to the orbital defense satellites. ;)
The only method for healing them I've found (besides the armoury upgrade) is the surveyer/outpost's drones (for any faction).
Zone Troopers are in vanilla TW already.
Carnius, in the Scrin campaign, I find you *can't* complete the last mission with the Assault Mothership.
Wow, this is really really cool. Nice job. =D
Did you do anything to increase the difficulty versus an AI opponent Carnius? Several of the campaign missions, which I could do without breaking a sweat in 1.3, were significantly more difficult- to the point where I was barely able to complete some missions by the skin of my teeth.
Carnius man, you just made my Christmas AWESOME. \o/
You got my vote Carnius. :)
(Could we please have 1.4 for Christmas?)
There're drones for the support fields, you just have to look a little more carefully to spot them. ;)
Sadly, you can't mod for Kane's Wrath, there's no SDK for it at the moment.
