With low denoising settings in the software I used the textures simply looked too pixelated so I chose higher settings to avoid that as with cell-shading it just looked better imo. I used free software and I'm happy with the results, there's only so much that AI upscaling can do. I might try checking if the software got any major updates that could improve the results as the most time-consuming thing was reimporting the textures back to the game archives.

I didn't get any reports about audio issues from anyone else so the only thing I can advice is double checking Your audio settings and devices. I made this mod with all the available fixes installed in my version of the game from Steam. You should install other fixes before unpacking this mod, You can find a guide about how to do that here Steamcommunity.com There's also an audio fix for no audio in cutscenes which might help You Steamcommunity.com

In original spads level the alarm button is black and without textures. I couldn't find a better solution and since I'm not an expert I just moved the texture further from the door and moved the alarm a bit further as well since that was the only way I could figure out how to fix that. There're people working on really good HD upscale with use of different upscaling techniques and they fixed the blank alarm better than me so when it gets officially released You'll probably want to use that.

Sorry for the late reply. I used dragon unpacker to unpack texture files as XIII editor didn't allow it. Then I converted these files to a format compatible with the app I used for upscaling. After upscaling textures I converted them back and imported the textures using XIII editor. The editor has the option to browse texture packs and You can import the texture to importing file so it will get replaced. I think it can be easier on original ut since the editor wasn't probably modified. As for games like Harry Potter it probably depends if the game has the editor included.

Amazing game with beautiful soundtrack, maxed out engine capabilities, great dubbing and interesting story that really plays well with Gothic lore. Thank You for this gem.
