Looks pretty interesting. I did notice a few bugs. First paradrop (all versions) do not work. Have tried America and France so far. Plus the new structures that you can usually capture once built is not under your control and will instead attack your units. And for some reason once I garrisoned a building my units started attacking my other troops. Haven't even really tested the spycraft yet. So no idea how that actually goes.
You mean 45 minutes after the research is completed or 45 minutes into the game? Also, how does this work for planets hit by the TEC super weapon? Thanks!
I think I may have figured something out. When I tried the game using the Dev version. I constantly get this error:

Anyway we can use "non-Vasari Phase Gate" on a Vanilla game? Don't really know enough modding to do it on my own. Haha! I just don't understand how research is assigned to each race, otherwise I would have just ripped off the original Phase Gate and added it to the other races as well, Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!
By the way, how can we create a version of this mod with just the three original races?
Been having problems getting the mod to work cause it will shut down halfway through the game due to memory dumps. Can hopefully play the game till the end if we can drop the extra races.

Does this work with v1.85 I can't seem to get past the loading screen. T_T
Not sure what's wrong, but can seems to colonize planets with residual radiation. Already researched all the planets types.
