Also for some reason the barkeep in rostok gives me the same quest about killing mutants either north or south of the base over and over again and at completion I keep getting reputation with traders is now 0

for some reason I;m getting an older COC bug where the scope is on top left instead of center.version 1.4.22 was definitely installed before putting your pack in. any idea of causes or possible fixes without breaking anything?
