One would expect: the actual modpack, a list of the included mods, and credits mentioning the authors.

Hi, I don't play much Anomaly any more, so it took me a while to test this... I don't have any crash when equipping a weapon. It's been a while, but, if the problem is still there, you could write the gamemode and which weapons cause the crash, and whether you are using this mod with others, and also whether you are using the Burer files too, and if they are DLTX or normal. I have tried the mod on a clean install, and it worked right.
I really like the image of the Stalker. She's tired by the constant fighting, cold, exhausted by the hallucinations, and probably already deadly poisoned by radiation. Now, deep in the Zone, she's finally holding an artefact, wondering if it's worth trying to go back to the real world and sell it, or if she should just pull out her knife and slice up the shiny watermelon, since it's probably the last she'll ever eat.

The 1.5.2 version has optional files to stop the Burer effects. Moddb.com
A new version has been uploaded for 1.5.2 Moddb.com
There shouldn't be any crash, the clutter already generated will stay there, but no more will appear. Of course, the safest bet is always to save before you add a mod midgame.
Add the "configs" folder from the archive to the "gamedata" folder (not lfo_gamedata). I have updated the mod so it's easier to install through mod managers.
For weight, you need to edit configs/creatures/actor.ltx and increase item_mass
For sprinting, you need to increase sprint_koef in the same file
Do you know how to run an unpacker?
A solution to the blackouts on AMD GPUs that worked on my PC Moddb.com (last post in the thread)
While we are at it, there's something I read about in the past: scopes and night vision devices that were made to highlight other night vision devices. I don't know if any NPC in Anomaly actually uses NVG, but maybe, in the future... Both as the player having a device that highlights them, and them being able to track the player if his NVG are on as if the flashlight were visible. It would spice up night combat a bit.
(sorry, I keep forgetting to log in!)
I think these would be very good as a new creature, instead of having a replacement of the mutated boars. After all, normal animals will trickle into the zone from the outside, and have it as bad as the stalkers. So having shy animals that behave normally, keep their distance and only rarely attack but are hunted by both stalkers and mutants would be nice, especially in larger maps like those from CoP.
In games like Aliens vs Predator they tried to balance it out by making Aliens not show on the same frequencies as humans, so you had to swap from one to the other. Maybe some mutants or some very weird stalkers (Sin, zombies) could turn out to be cold-blooded.
Another option is making it drain batteries a lot. Or making it something really weird, like a drug that makes you see infrared.
I haven't tried it yet, but this looks like a wonderful mod.
Ok, klappt. Download gestartet =)
When trying to download from Google drive: access denied, you don't have the rights to see this file.
Thanks! BTW, the file itself is called tdm_base01.1.pk4 so I guess it needs to be renamed to function?
No installation instructions?
First, congratulations for these textures: they look really great.
A couple glitches: in-game monitors often don't show what they were supposed to show (like Maples doing his things) and I once got stuck to the ceiling of a descending elevator when I knelt in it. I also couldn't pick up pistol ammo.
About crashes and instability, it is very important not to use these textures with other mods that edit graphics. Unless they were deliberately made to be compatible, they will crash your game or massively increase the number of black or missing textures.
My impression this playthrough (with both the textures and the Rivarez Mod) was that crashes and missing textures are far more frequent in levels that take you outside, like the very first one when you are knocked out by Fettel, or especially the ones between the kidnapping of Alice Wade and entering the final high-tech facility. This group in particular was very problematic.
I tried playing around with the textures with Ordenador. I'm not an expert, though. I tried halving the size of the textures with a side beyond 2000px, which of course made them much smaller, but the visual hit was very perceivable.
I also tried using some other options (like mask compression) which made the files take less memory without resizing them. There were fewer missing textures afterwards, but the game crashed pretty often (it's also possible that there were fewer missing textures just because of random luck when I reloaded the levels).
The AMD software lets you pump up AA and anisotropic filtering, and I thought the result looked really good.
I also applied the original 4GB patch after installing the mod, which I believe made the game more stable. Unfortunately, I didn't think of checking whether the mod installer actually had edited the exe file.
That happened to me too at first, because of how copy paste works. Make sure to have copy pasted all the ", especially those at the beginning and the end, and substitute <your_path_to_anomaly> with, well, your path to Anomaly.
Thanks for the answer! I have done as you said. Now it works! Wonderful work!
yes, windows 10.
If I do that, powershell opens, I get an "allow this program to edit PC?" Windows prompt, and, if I click "YES", powershell immediately closes.
How do you run "dltxify add to right click menu.ps1"? My PC and cmd open it with the text editor, and, if I try with powershell, it just opens, closes, and doesn't seem to do anything.
Boiling water in a plastic bottle over a campfire sounds like the sort of thing I'd never want to do in real life, but one would almost certainly end up doing in a place like the Zone.
The DLTX version should be compatible with anything, because it only alters the weight.
The normal version, instead, will reset to vanilla all ammo stats except the weight. In "Grok's Ballistics"'s case, that mod has its own weightless weapon_ammo.ltx file, and that one should be used with it instead of mine.
This mod also only affects ammo from vanilla Anomaly.
Grok's files contain a weightless ammo patch, you'd probably best use the weapon_ammo.ltx from that one. I have uploaded a DLTX version which might also be compatible with Grok's system (needs testing).
Also this one Moddb.com
Hi, I hadn't seen this comment before. In general, I am completely OK with people doing what they want with my mods. The only reason I uploaded this with MIT license instead of public domain is that it's a remake of an older mod that was originally published with a MIT license, but the MIT license is really vague and leaves a lot of freedom.
