Not sure if you saw my comment on EVA voices, but I have an Australian accent if you would want to use that for USA faction but you might not. I'm a 3D artist and could help in other ways like make assets if you need. I've done game, but I specialize in film, so I could also do nice renders of units, buildings etc. Also I'm good at sound design.
