Ups i forgot there is comment section on my profile, i was´t here for a while. I don´t have icq, but my e-mail address is in readme. About your question of combine my mod and TWA for your personal use, well I don´t mind, just keep it for yourself and I have no problem with that.
To Kanes wrath version of my mod. It is impossible right now, because EA did not released mod SDK for this game, without them nobody can do any mod. i still hope they will release it, but as far as I known things looking grim in this matter.
Mutants should be separated faction in my opinion, so i will not put them to scrin.
