what your looking at there is just the model with all the maps put on it, its not tweaked with glow amounts etc, so your seeing the flat red colour from the glow map, whereas in game that flat red colour will control the colour and brightness of a glow effect!
this is without doubt the most ripped zombie you'll ever see, he's been on the protein shakes and hitting the gym alot recently.

The nose could do with being a little blunter and rounder i agree, trying to keep those tri's down though, as we intend to have quite alot of animals on screen at once. I doubt the shape of head will be noticable on such a small scale either, but it can always be changed at a later date if needs be:)

Sorry all for the lack of models in this update, ive been busy with work so i havnt done my usual amount of models, but the game is almost finished, so when it is, im back to modelling for IH, also ill be texturing as many of the current models as possible :)

just watched this back... wow the landing is terrible and the speed is all wrong, but oh well, i cant see backflipping zombies having much use! :P
Best of luck getting members, i can't see any serious modders joining this mod seeming as its 99.9% going to get its pants ripped off by lawers, ontop of that, people will not join a mod that has a couple of pictures of the real halo and no progress to show, who post mod updates to flame a single comment. As much as i like the modding community, idiotic ideas such as this really do p*** me off and make the community look like a bunch frawds and kids.

i actually intended to do that with the model im working on atm ( you can see it on our forums) but i forgot to record the base mesh being made, so i thought id save it for another model.

Yes, gun. It's a cross between a revolver, musket and flintlock. with some ingenious backloading mechanism nobody knows how works, because it probably doesnt!
Thanks ;) i might be dropping him down to around 2k polys aswell, because raider wants these things to come in large numbers, so 6k is probably too large!
Sadly this is just a render, but with my terribly bad lighting, so no doubt they will look better in source. Textures/colours were done by me for this model, rust is the one thing i can do well :p

Actually you'd be suprised how quickly pipes and such clock up the poly count, once they are normal mapped they will without doubt look a lot smoother though. thanks for the comment ;)
