hi spino. long time no speak. How the hell are ya? Its been a while since ive been on here and i had a question for ya. Im currently modding the newest version of the mod and im stuck on something. Ive been able to give all my 304's asgard beam weapons but i cant seem to give 303's the smaller asgard weapons. when i edit the hardpoints and play the game the hardpoints are gone and where they were are just smoking. Its the only thing ive not been able to do. Could u please help.

hi guys havent played this in ages. i just download the complete file and put it in my game directory. but when i go to play the game it just plays empire at war. im using the stargate file to play it but it still wont work. any advice.

merlin just a quick question....i've posted here before last year. i played this game alot on my old XP computer but that quiet on me 9 m onths ago so i got a new 1. i've just recently got around to downloading the 1.1 full mod for EAW. the game is working fine but most of the audio be it speech or ship movements is not working. i have patched it and put in the engligh soundpack aswell but still not working. any advice???

hye spino, quick editing question. i've been able to edit my 304's to have beam weapon's(Recharge is very slow so as not to completely overpower them) but when ever i try to add say a hatak staff weapon to the 303 when i play the game it just has smoke and not weapon. What i want to do is replace the 2 forward rail guns of the 303's with staff weapons. Can you help please?????

Spino u are AMAZING!!! U just keep gving us more!!! Here's a question for the next blog. These new super units you've created could i change it that i can build some of these units normally in GC rather than just at the supergate??? Oh and spino keep up the good work. I can edit a little(And i do mean a little) and if you guys need any help let me know.

Well said gabik123. This mod is truly spectacular. If this was a game you could buy these guys would be millionaires. Very well done to all involved. I love and adore this mod.

Now down to reason i'm posting.

I read a good few pages back something about giving all 304's asgard beam weapons. I don't think this should happen. I know i shouldn't be talking about this but i slightly edited things. I'm not going to say how but i was able to give all 304's asgard beams. Problem was that even if i had only 3 or 4 to a fleet any go'auld or ori fleet i encountered i wiped out within 5 mins. The beams are simply just too powerful. The suggestion i make is having 3 heros with beam weapons(ie Apollo Odyessy Thor) and creating an upgraded 304 that you can build but with a limit of about 2-3. That way its more competitive. Juts my 2 cents guys and Merlin please don't kill me for editing. Its just for my own personal use and i will not tell ppl how i did it.

I hope the makers of stargate see this and actually make something even a tenth as good as what you guys have done. thank you soooooooooooooooooooo much to all the guys and to merlin for taking all of our questions and working tirelessly to help everyone out with questions. Oh my god i know its only the comm mod but its great thank you so much for this sneak preview guys its excellant. oh its great. 1 question though(and merlin i'm sorry for the questions i know you work really hard on this) in final 0.9 will the beam weapons be like the ones in the asgard and 0.9 preview movies cause in the the odyssey doesnt have those in the comm mod.

Hey Merlin. I know you guys are really busy and i know you do a fantastic job but i was just wondering if you could possibly outline the new mod for us. (IE. Races that are playable, What type of GC missions are there, What ships altogether have the asgard beam weapon, How many of the Lantian/Ori ships can you build???) I know you've probabaly answered these questions before but was just wondering if you could outline them altogether. Thanx again. CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS MOD. OH YEAH
