Hello, I wanted to ask if it's possible for you to maybe include an option for those who want to disable transparent windows since that seems to break a lot of custom maps. Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure if it's just me but this mod REALLY does not seem to like WinRAR. I tried installing the mod through WinRAR but it kept giving me the "not enough memory" error. So, I installed 7Zip and upon extracting the mod with 7Zip, it worked just fine. Is there a reason this is like that or is it just a previously unknown glitch?
This one *will* be Episode 1 + 2 compatible unlike HL2: Redux which I was unsure about if the compatibility will work outside of Ep0.
Strange. I'll be sure to look into that soon. Thanks for letting me know about this.
You mean it crashes at the beginning of the chapter near the lambda logo before you leave the tunnel?
What error message do you get?
While this is a pretty reasonable argument, I'm not exactly sure why people would want to play without it. 99% of the features MMod adds are optional and can be turned on or off to your liking. And it even works with all episodes.
It used to be the HL2 Remastered texture pack by johnyongwangh1 but I recently removed it since it was an unoptimized mess and caused more issues than anything. I have yet to update the screenshots to the game's current standards.
Yeah sure, I can do that as well, if it really gets to that.
Well, this modpack is supposed to make Half-Life 2 the best it can be (or at least the best I can make it) and MMod is a HUGE factor of accomplishing that. I might make a non-MMod version but don't count on it, in case I forget to do it. May I ask why exactly you want a non-MMod version? All I see in MMod is improvements and nothing else. If it's performance issues why you're not installing MMod then maybe I should mention that this modpack is gonna take some good computer hardware to run because of most of the HD models and weapon models, so you COULD PROBABLY run it but maybe at a slower framerate.
You can't. It's still being developed, I want this to be as good as it can be on launch. But if you really want, I can give you a very early build of the modpack through DMs if you have an account.
The mods featured in this modpack (so far) have been added to the description for those who wanna recreate this modpack early. I'll be sure to check if I missed any but this should be all of them, at least right now.
Hello. While I think asking everyone for permission will be a rather difficult task, I will link the mods themselves in the description when I find the time. But it will definitely happen before release.
