From what I can see, the Urvanian frigate is 'balanced' against the Disciple frigate (let alone a Tec or Vasari light frigate).

You are hitting the 2GB limit of Sins. Use "Recommended Game Setup, Effects Settings" ... if you still have problems lower the Effects settings further.
