ModDB updates its mirrors pretty regularly. There's usually a clickable list of mirrors in the download box that pops up.

Unfortunately I don't really know what the Desura installer does, as they offer that independantly. If you're having trouble, I would download from the regular ModDB link and install per our instructions.

You have to run TFE-X (the front end utility) as administrator in Windows Vista and 7. Right click the TFE-X application icon and check 'Run as administrator.'
