soooo if you overdose on medkits and quicksave afterwards, (and let's suppose you don't use regular big saves) you just loose your save completely, you are done for and need to start a new game? or am I missing something?

Good day and happy new year! I am very sorry to bother you now but could I ask you 2 questions?
1. Is the crash when drawing SVD dragunov a known, solvable issue?
2. It appears that emissions no longer happen is there a solution to this as well?
I have tried searching for these issues with no success thus far and I am again very sorry for annoying you.
