To whom it may concern,

I have been having trouble winning some AI matches against your new AI difficulty, nightmare, while playing as Scrin. I notice that Scrin early game and base defenses are weaker, and I will label my reasons below.

1. Scrin base defenses are harder to wall off. This makes Scrin harder when they can be flanked.
2. Scrin cannot draft early game infantry without either a barracks or a Buzzer hive

For these two reasons and more, I request you add silos to Scrin. I suggest using the phase emitter structure from the campaign, but you may use whatever model you wish.

Also GDI riflemen are OP for obvious reasons.

i dont know why its so small. i will add a bigger version

rising tries to change the units a bit to give a more futuristic feel. if they just make an exact copy it wont go with the "what if GDI and Nod do not abandon technologies they have used in Tiberian Sun era and instead of that further developed them" part.
