Where do i find that?

Hey im having some problems with installing the game. When i go to launch Imperial Splendour the game will load up empire total war but i believe that its a mix of things from the base game and parts of Imperial Splendour so im not sure how to install it fully. I looked at game play of this mod and it looks completely different.

I have the same problem this really needs to have a fix.

Im playing Siam and i was enjoying playing until i noticed that my neighbors Burma and Vietnam both had 15 brigades when i only had 9 out of 10 brigades. I started to increase my army size but it was very slow to get a brigade out. They attacked and overwhelmed my forces. My allies and puppets just started sieges by themselves so they were picked off one by one until i lost. I started a new game and focused on building up my army instead of my economy. I could only push out 12 brigades before both Burma and Vietnam had 15 brigades again so they steamrolled me again. Im not sure if its something with the mod or im just having bad luck but i cant do it without cheating which i dont want to do. If anyone could help me please do.

What about a farming system. You get food and make money from it depending how much land you hold.
