To be recruited as a mercenary you must have at least 250 reputations, look for a lord or ask in the tavern about jobs and the tavern will send you to the lord who is looking for mercenaries, after accepting the mercenary mission the actions in enemy territory or any Action to benefit the kingdom will earn you points of exploits, achieve a 20-point friendship ratio with king and it will give you an option to exchange your exploit points for a higher rank, unlocking missions and special troops.
This mod is definitely the best mod I've played in those 3 years, congratulations to the creators.

Idea is excellent , but there are few functions that other mod they offer simple scenario , and without much novelty in equipment historically aligned, but continue to follow this mod , I hope there are many updates.
